I called Islandia mid Suffolk Peds to make my six yr old a well visit appointment we have just moved back here I have used them in the past. It took them 20 minutes to try to find out why I owe them $9.00 then they would not make and appointment for my daughter who is sick because i owe them $9.00 for which they have no idea what I owe the money for. There joking right my oldest is 20 she has not been to that office since 5th grade when we moved. Obviously i know what priority is the girl in the billing office told me to pay the $9.00 first than I will make you an appointment shame on you Mid-Suffolk Peds.
