When I called to ask for copies of my children's records I expected them to say ok, come in and sign for them and we will release them at such and such time. Instead the receptionist told me she doesn't know who I am, even after explaining that I was the father and then asked why I couldn't just have my wife tell me... Tell me what??! I need their records!! The reasons are absolutely NONE of her business. And my wife is now my ex wife and I carry the insurance.
So Please whoever is reading this GO ELSEWHERE!!! These doctors are not consistent and doll out meds like M&M's instead of offering actual care for their patients.
