We have a house with a den that's below grade, and we had quite a lot of flooding in that house for the first ten years or so that we lived here. Because of that we've had our carpet changed in that room 8-9 times and we've used Soud's Quality Carpets and Flooring almost exclusively for those jobs. They've always been prompt and done a good job. Then, at another point we had some carpeting upstairs changed into hardwood floor with them and were really happy with how that turned out. We also had them put some carpet on our stairs, hallway and a bedroom on the top floor. We've pretty much used them for all our carpeting needs from 1991 until now and we will continue to use their service because we are comfortable with their workmanship and installation.
