We went with Soud's because of the quality of the carpets the offer. The lady that handled us explained everything to us in detail. We had two or three options to choose from and she told us about the differences between the carpets. She explained why one was superior to the others and she explained the padding issue. The crew that installed the carpet was just great. It was just "bing, bang, boom" and they were done. It didn't take them long at all. The price was comparable to others, but we expected better quality from Soud's and that's what we got.
