Soud's flooring was great. We had received estimates from other companies and decided to go with Soud's because of their being established in our neighborhood for several years. Bruce was great in giving us an initial estimate for the job and outlining the timeframe for the job. After CW from Coastal Flooring (the contracted installer) came out and did exact measurements we were somewhat surprised at the approximate $1,500 increase for the job compared to what Bruce had initially provided. That being said, the job went as planned except for a shortage of one of the materials which caused a delay to complete the job of about a week. The installers from Coastal Flooring could not have been more accommodating. They showed up when promised (even a little earlier than mentioned), were professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before leaving. There was no extra charge for moving furniture, removing carpet, or disposing of removed materials. The installers even helped carry a fairly heavy barbeque grill from my truck to my back patio. Can't say enough about the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the outcome
