From the moment we entered the store, Carol made us feel comfortable. We went over different types of flooring as she asked questions about what we had in our home and what we wanted. When we'd picked the flooring we liked, she spent time showing us subtle difference in the look for the different types. We left saying we'd contact her when we decided. There was no hard sell or pressure throughout the visit. We explored several other stores and decided on Soud's because we had received such good treatment. Carol came to our home and discussed how the installation would proceed. Because of the room arrangement, she recommended taking a brake between the installation of each side of the house to make it easier for us (we are no longer as young as we used to be). It was definitely an excellent recommendation and made moving items that had to be removed, before the furniture was moved out of the way, much easier on us. After the first phase of the installation, one area of the flooring was slightly depressed. They came and inspected it immediately and made arrangements to correct it when the second phase was started. The installation crew was polite and efficient. When the job was completed, we found a few black marks from a rubber hammer. They were out the next day to remove them. We are very happy with our new flooring and want to thank Carol and the installers for their work. We definitely recommend Soud's for their quality of work and for completing the work as schedule and in less than the projected time. We have already passed on recommendations to friends considering new flooring.
