Called at 9 p.m. on a monday and someone answered the phone, said they could dispatch someone right then but we declined since it wasn't an emergency. They called back first thing Tuesday morning and had someone there first thing Wednesday. Showed up for one problem and fixed it quickly. While inspecting the whole house for any other problems, they found the water heater leaking and about to break. Had a new one installed Friday and they also fixed several other problems they discovered in the second house on the property. Gave us a discount for having everything dealt with all at one time which was a huge help. Will call them in a heartbeat if anything else comes up in the future! Cleaned up and left things in better shape than when they got here.
