The Patrick's Garage Door Company gentleman who installed our new garage door openers was fast, clean and very nice. The installation was wonderful. A neighbor recommended that we call them because our garage door opener wasn't working. We called Patrick, who is very personable, and they answered right away.

The gentleman from his company came out the next day and looked at the garage door opener. He said it wasn't fixable; it was a Genie and the parts they suggested weren't available. We were interested in a new garage door opener anyway. We have double garage doors, so we figured if we replace one, we should replace both. We opted for the commercial opener that goes on the side.

I also asked the gentleman about the door strip that's on the floor of the garage. Ours was a heavy duty one that was old and ugly, so I asked him if could be replaced. He didn't have any of the strip on his truck, so he called a fellow installer who dropped that by. He was able to do that and the garage door opener work at the same time. That wasn't something we had discussed originally. I was very impressed.
