We had rats in our attic and called Gring for pricing. We were told it will be $150 for them to come out, put poison in the attic and they will come back to pick up the dead rats and to close the openings (everything will be included in $150).
The second appointment was scheduled when they first came out to put the poison. I took a day off but no one showed up for the 2nd 10am appointment. We called 15-20 times, left messages but no answer. I finally called from a different number (around 3pm) and someone picked up and promised to send someone out by 4:30pm.
Two days later, we received another invoice for $150. Upon calling I was told that it's for the second visit whereas there was no mention of additional $150 for the 2nd visit.
Terrible service... I ended up paying $75 after discussing with the owner. Not to mention that we had to call another pest control later because the rats bodies caused flies problem in our house.
