It was a positive experience.
We got a new walk-in shower from Tru-Comfort and everything is good. They came here and showed us what we could do. That initial interaction with the salesperson--who was easygoing--was good. They also did a follow up and checked that everything was OK--and I appreciated that. We knew what we wanted and got what we wanted.
