A friend of ours works for Tru-Comfort, so we hired them to install a new furnace and ac unit in our home. The prices for the units/installation were about average. The whole process was easy. Our technician showed up on time, and did the installation pretty quickly. He explained everything he did, and walked us through how to work both systems. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and he cleaned up after himself when he finished. He did a good job. So far the systems have been easy to use and we have had no issues.
