We had a brand new system installed in 2011 top of the line unit the install and sales were good back then and everything went great. but as soon as youre out the door BAM the can't remember who you are..we have our furnace serviced 2x every year and its always a struggle for them to setup a appointment. they email us that we need to setup appointment then give us grief about calling during their busy season. its like wait you emailed me?

and they almost always never seem to know whats going on in the main office and take forever to find youre contract or service on their computer.I called for a off hour emergency service on a saturday night and the lady on the emergency hotline phone OMG is very rude and says IT WILL BE $127.00 FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL TO SHOW UP. I said but I have a service service contract with you she said HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT. I'M AT HOME AND WILL DISPATCH SOMEONE. no time frame very unprofessional oh and I was told: if youre furnace needs parts you will have to wait. wait for days? for parts in the middle of winter??? are you kidding me??? red flags every where with this company. I don't know what happen to this company. ugh I'm done with this company.
