The Moving by Design Team was the most professional & efficient group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with for my move on July 1st, 2016. After I had used a previous Moving Company from over 20 years ago & wanted to see how they worked out, so I’m glad that I just used their services (which was okay but were not careful & broke a mirror & didn’t move efficiently) to just move my boxes already packed & a few minimal small pieces of furniture into my new house. So I decided that I needed to look elsewhere for a much more professional & better qualified moving company for the rest of the nice & heavy & fragile furniture that was the majority inside of my big house. Plus I was glad that I had already used a professional Piano Mover for my big baby grand piano to go first. After all was moved I’m so very happy that I decided to use the Moving By Design Team for my big move for the rest of my furniture with so many large & heavy pieces, including several antiques with glass tops, shelves & fragile décor. It didn’t take much research online to check out the reviews to see their work was much appreciated by so many. I was not let down & they gave me all the guidance & excellent help from the very beginning to help them & me to both prepare for such a big job. My family & I were very impressed that they even padded the insides of the door frames, put down runners, plus wrapped my delicate pieces of furniture & took great care with each item including the removable glass tops & shelves etc. Plus we were all pleased since everyone of their team was so clean, courteous, friendly, & worked so well together & took extreme care in the handling of each of my items. They were on time in getting there & the big truck was all loaded in time for everyone to go have lunch & everyone met at the new house in just over 1 hour, plus they even finished the long day with 1-hour less than they anticipated, which included helping my family & I rearrange some of the pieces of furniture that were extremely large & heavy. My sister will be using their services in the very near future when she moves & already is planning to use their services. In my overwhelming move I feel so bad & forgot to give a tip to either of the crew, so I plan on helping my sister later, & when I see the Moving By Design Team next time I will look forward to giving them all the tip that each of them deserve. I will highly recommend them for everyone & would use their services again. Thank you so much for a fantastic job well done!
