I chose Moving by Design to move us from our home in Sugar Land to another home about 30 minutes away, in Richmond. They arrived on time and Marquis, Anthony, and Eric worked very hard to complete the move even though it took longer than originally anticipated. They did everything we asked them to in a friendly and respectful way. They moved our piano and some other very heavy items and set everything back up, making sure we were pleased with it all. I chose this company even though I knew there would be extra travel time because of the friendly, responsive service from everyone from the person who answered the phone for my first inquiry to the President of the company, and I was not disappointed.
