Great movers, but scheduling and office needs work.
The guys who actually did the move from Moving By Design were great, they worked hard and as fast as they could with just the two of them. The problem was with the gal who scheduled it, she scheduled two guys and she should have scheduled three. Unfortunately it cost me hundreds of dollars more than I felt it should have.
When I tried to call about a broken lamp they never returned my calls and I paid for the insurance on the move as well. I can't recommend them based on my experience.
