I had MBD (Moving By Design) do two moves from me in March 2016. Both involved cleaning out my Mom's house after she passed away in February. It was done on short notice and involved separating items belonging to a relative living in the home and the property belonging to my Mom's estate. They came out, walked through the house to give a quote and suggested things we could do to save money on the move (like cleaning, sorting and some pre-packing). They were very helpful and easy to work with. Since I had the time, I did some of the suggested prep work and saved some money off the cost of the move.
The next weekend the crew showed up on time, worked fast and did a few extra things at my request that were above the tasks outlined on the quote. The guys on the crews were James, Aaron, Jared, Brett, Enrique and his young adult son Enrique Jr. All were a great help.
One move was to a storage unit (the relative's property) and a second move to my house. They not only moved everything without a scratch (I have never done my own move without damaging something) but helped me move and rearrange things at my house to make room for the storage of my Mom's things. Also anything that they had to disassemble to move was totally reassembled (correctly even) when put in place at the new location.
Overall I was totally happy with both moves, the crew they provided and the care they took with my stuff. I would recommend them to anyone and would probably use their services again if needed.
