Initially when I called Moving By Design, they had been wonderful. The woman I talked to did an excellent job. The communication had been great upfront. On the day of the move there was a lot of miscommunication. The crew didn't listen to the packing instructions that I gave, and we had to scramble to get people to help pack. They had to return the day after to get some of the items that had been left unpacked at the old house. We were charged by the hour, but not for the second day. I also noticed a chip in one of my pieces of furniture, but nothing was done when I mentioned it to them. Overall the service was lacking.
