I called Moving By Design extremely last minute and they made concessions to get me moved the way I needed to be, which I really appreciated. I knew they were already booked for the day I was moving. Even though they were running late on moving day, not only did they compensate, they kept me informed on what was going on. He even sent over two extra people to help out because he was extra late. They were unbelievably wonderful. They were extremely courteous and very very careful of all of my items. They did a great job!
