Moving By Design were helpful. I think there had been a lot of miscommunication with the office staff. They told me they didn't know they were supposed to come until right before. They were 3 hours late because they were doing another move before mine. When they did come, they thought I had about half the amount of things that I actually had. They were complaining, and it made me feel guilty even though it wasn't my issue. They didn't break anything and the men were friendly, but it seemed like the office had miscommunicated with them.
