Moving by Design basically provided good service. I specifically hired them because their website said they were experienced in moving medical equipment. The movers, who were pleasant, on time, and courteous, didn't move the hospital bed properly, and it suffered a crack on one of the rails. It is still usable with this damage, which is good because they are expensive. I did give extensive instructions to the movers prior to them loading the bed, of which they did not do. They put everything where I needed it to be upon arrival at the new house. I would consider using them again if the one issue were taken into consideration.
