I hired Moving by Design for a two part-move between major cities in Texas. My belongings were moved into storage and then moved back out. At some point, Moving by Design lost the equipment that operates my Sleep Number Bed. They refused to replace it. They told me to go to the Sleep Number store myself for parts which cost several hundred dollars. The movers tried to get the bed set up for me with the new parts, but they were unsuccessful. That's where we left it. I would never use Moving by Design again and I don't recommend them.
