Not a good experience overall.
The people from Moving by Design were very nice. They came on time and did their job. However, when we got to our destination, I saw a lot of dents and scratches on our belongings. I recorded everything and forwarded pictures to Tim Gray but never got a response from him. I wouldn't recommend Moving by Design.
