The guys were great and were very professional as well as careful. Honestly they were a lot faster then I expected them to be since the contract is an hourly contract. But then I got a call from their office around noon asking if they were doing a good job, I told them yes and that I was satisfied with the work. A couple minutes later the lead guy got a phone call from I assume was their office because after that call they went into hyper mode. They loaded and unloaded the last truck in a "very messy, hurry up" and leave mode that they didn't have in the beginning of the day. They came to me after the load was empty and told me that they were done. I asked them did they get everything from the other house and they confirmed yes all good, everything is here. I paid them and even tipped them. About 20 minutes later my wife calls and wants to know if the movers are coming back to the other house to finish. I told her that they said they were done and she confirmed that no they left a lot of stuff and left in a hurry.
Shame on me for not confirming and not watching them better, but it tool me 4 hours to finish the move since I had to make 5 trips with my car and my wife's van. Luckily they didn't leave us with anything too large to move ourselves. We didn't call them back due to how mad I was and I knew there was nothing I was going to say that wouldn't be used against me in a court of law later, so we finished the work ourselves.
If you hire them simply stay with the men and make sure they get everything. Learn from my mistake.
