I give Moving by Design four point seven five stars only because nobody is perfect! They are great people. I loved the way they were there on time, they were friendly and they kept things neat. At first, we thought we'd have to store our stuff overnight, but the movers did a good job staying on task and got us moved in one day from Houston to San Antonio. It wasn't quite a full truck because we had already moved a load ourselves. But the guys from Moving by Design were hard workers. I did have to give them additional instructions about wrapping some furniture pieces more carefully, but they listened to my suggestions and followed up. I would recommend Moving by Design to anyone in a heartbeat. I really liked the owner. I was happy that the original quote stayed the same after the actual move. In fact, since we didn't have to store our stuff overnight, they refunded us the overnight fee so we got some money back. The only scary part of the whole move was when the cat freaked out and got out of the room it was supposed to be confined to. We finally found the cat hiding under a piece of furniture and all ended well. I would use Moving by Design again, but my husband says we're never moving again!
