My move was extremely local. I was moving to a new place in the same complex. Moving by Design sent out two guys to handle the move for me. One was an older gentleman who was an experienced mover, but he was unable to lift the heavier furniture. The other guy was younger and was able to lift the heavier items. However, he had very little experience in the moving business. Unfortunately, this led to a fairly inefficient moving operation. It could have gone much better with the right pair of guys that were both skilled and experienced. Moving by Design sent guys that had some difficulty getting the job done.
