Several pieces of my china were broken and a company named Moving by Design recommended by Holiday Touch, would not accept liability.
After 4 months of emails indicating I would be contacted by operations manager and sent claim forms. Never received that, but pictures of the damage were submited, yet there is no response or resolution. I had asked for their decision in writing by July 1 - no response. I would never recommend them to anyone.
