I have used Moving by Design on several occasions, and on all the prior moves, I would rate them at Five Stars. Everything went great. The last move was less great. One of the workers showed up late, and the crew, as a whole seemed less well trained, and not quite as skilled. We had a little cosmetic damage on a few items. Nothing serious, and nothing broken. I think this was probably just this particular crew, so I only rated them at Four Stars. I am still happy with the company as a whole, and will still use Moving by Design again in the future.
