I used Moving by Design twice. The first time I just had them move things around my house. The second time I had them take other things to donate to a thrift store. They were very flexible with me. None of the other companies that I called would give me a two hour window to just move things within my house The first time they just moved one piece of furniture for me, and they were done with the job in about fifteen minutes. The second time I had them come pick up a bunch of stuff from out of my garage and a bunch of my son's old toys. It seemed like they wanted to wrap everything up just as fast as they could, but I insisted they stay for the full two hours because I had already paid for it.
