Thank goodness for Moving by Design! We were moving out of our flooded home and at the last minute the people who were planning to help us move didn't show up. We called Moving by Design and they were there that exact day! It was great to have them show up so quickly. All our boxes were already packed and ready to go. Unfortunately, since Moving by Design didn't do the packing, we had to sign a liability waiver against breakage. The few things that did break were not their responsibility. Despite that, they did a great job and were able to be there right away. We were happy that they got the job done for us!
