Moving by Design did a good job moving my office furniture for me, and they accommodated my schedule. There was a break in communication and the movers told me they had all of the furniture and they did not, in fact, they took the wrong furniture which ended up being sold. However, everyone makes mistakes and Moving by Design fixed it very well. They didn't make excuses, I was very impressed with their honesty, and the resolution, in fact I would definitely use their company again.
