I think they did a great job. The movers arrived a little late, but they did call about thirty minutes ahead to let me know that they were stuck in traffic, so that wasn't too big of a deal. None of my items were damaged, but one of my items went missing, and I haven't been able to locate it yet. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and they got the move done quickly. I'm happy with how the move went.
