I hired Moving By Design to help me with a move. The first half of the process went fine. It was easy and pleasant to talk and schedule with them. It started off good. They arrived okay and the loading of my things went fast. It was when the unloading part of it began that things didn't go so well. There was some damage to some of my things. There were scratches and dents that hadn't been there, even on furniture that was brand new. When I pointed it out to the movers and tried to talk to them about the situation, they grew defiant and said it wasn't them. They just had an attitude about it and wouldn't talk about it.
