Overall, I thought Moving by Design took great care of our furniture. Nothing was damaged and nothing had to be replaced. They were all friendly men who seemed to be very efficient, and they put everything where it needed to go.

The only downside was that the time estimate in the original quote was really low compared to the actual time it took. I think they estimated 7 to 8 hours, and it really took around 11 hours. That was the only issue, so I think maybe we just needed another guy.
