Moving by Design came on time and worked really hard. They also took great care of all of my stuff. The only bad thing about the experience was that they had to wait once they got to my new apartment. My daughter got the apartment for me, and we both had to sign the lease before getting the key. The movers had to wait for us for about an hour and a half. I'm glad they waited!
