I had to work and couldn't be there for the packing part of the process. The Moving by Design movers were left on their own. Even though I wasn't there to supervise, they did a great job. Everything was as it should have been. On the moving day itself, the weather was pretty bad. The crew was pleasant, polite, and willing to do their best to get my things inside quickly so they wouldn't get wet.
