This company doesn't allow me to renew the previous owner termite bond because I miss the renewing date. The manager Michael Bacon told me since I missed it by a month, I can't grandfather in, I have to buy a different policy which is only for re-treatment. Come on, give me a break. I think they didn't want to let me renew because their inspector (his name Randy) saw a rotten wood on my front door which he told me it's from water damage, not from termite damage. The old termite bond would have covered my house with $250K termite damage repair.
The prior day, when I talked to Tracy, she told me there is no problem in renewing the termite bond even when I was late. But I guess after seeing the evidence of possible termite damage on my front door which their inspector insisting it is from water damage, then they have changed their WORD.
So please be aware before consider buying termite bond from Florida Pest Control.
