if I had written a review of Window World of Dayton Ohio immediately after the initial install of 8 windows it would have been a poor rating. The installers had to do some real prying to get my old windows out and as they did that all the trim / stops were severely damaged. I demanded the installers have a manager or the owner contact me. They did, that same day and "James" was at my house resolving all issues and this included what I can only describe as ART. His work looks fabulous and he was very kind. Thanks to James, I now have some awesome looking windows both inside and out. This is a company that backs what they promise with immediate action.
