Alex from Dentmender has always met his appointments and I've never had a customer complaint. He's a vendor for me, so he's not really doing the work for me. He's doing it for my customers, even though it goes through me.

I've had nothing but satisfied customers and he's a good guy to boot. He's always trying to please. I think that's something that's missing in the world today: good customer service. He's one of the old school service guys.
