I needed three bedrooms w/ walk in closets and one area rug cleaned. The cheap price stated in a money pages ad originally got my attention, but i realistically knew it probably wouldn't be that cheap, so I gave them a shot. Buddy the technician called me about a hour prior to my scheduled service to make sure I was home, he also he said he could come a little earlier than scheduled too which worked out well. Buddy and Jason showed up on schedule, were dressed in their honor cleaning shirts and were ready to start on time. Buddy did the initial walk through assessment and wrote me a quote. The quote was higher then expected however I was able to negotiate to a price I was happy with. The cheap price listed on the money pages ad is only for a basic once over steam, I could have gone with all three rooms for $30 but get what you pay for. Buddy did a quick demonstration for me in separate rooms of what the steam only would look like and what the power scrub, chemical boost and steam clean would look like. He gave me all of my options and I chose only the options I wanted, the more expensive option looked great compared to the basic steam only, but like I said you get what you pay for. All in all they took their time and did a great job in all three rooms and I was particularly happy with how the area rug turned out, four year old high traffic area rug practically looks new. I would defiantly recommend this company, just know only the most basic steam is whats cheap, and probably wont get all the pet stains or other deep stains out, be prepared to pay more than whats advertised as their starting price. I will use them again
