I requested a service call online Sunday and was promptly called the following Monday morning. They were able to schedule me the next day. This was the week of thanksgiving and I was surprised they could fit me in so fast. My appointment was between 12 and 2. The technician,Richard Ott called at 12:45 and 15 min later arrived just as promised. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Gave me several price options and was not pushy. He repaired the wrinkles in my carpet and man, it looks 100 times better, as well as the cleaning of my carpets. He was curtious of my home the entire time he was here. Thank you!
