Buddy and Austin came to my home today for a tile/grout job. They called me early this morning to confirm the appt and to see if I would like them to come a bit earlier. Due to hurricane evac, I was stuck in traffic. Buddy and Austin assured me it was fine and they waited for me in my driveway until I got there. I purchased the groupon, I was disappointed when Buddy explained how the groupon worked. I didn't realize it was a credit and didn't actually cover 3 rooms of tile. Buddy was kind enough to work with me on pricing to get the job done. Having 3 small children it's important to keep my floors as clean as possible! They did a fantastic job, including steaming the carpets where they walked through with their sneakers. They moved my furniture, set up fans to dry the floor and on his way out Buddy reminded me that the floors would be slippery and to take caution carrying my 2 month old across the tile. He even asked me to text him in a couple hours so that he knew we were ok. Well done guys. Stay safe during the storm.
