The people at Appleby Systems have been handling our heating and air conditioning requirement for nearly 20 years. So, naturally we called on them for a new system in the townhouse we recently purchased. Ryan visited us twice to make recommendations and make sure we understood everything. The unit was installed on time and on budget and is operating well. Routing the vent pipes to the back wall was a challenge which they handled well.

One minor negative: the area where the vent pipes exit through the back wall is a bit rough - bricks were chipped. I will discuss this with Ryan when the weather improves.
