We stopped by the showroom today to make an inquiry about our fireplace that is the main source of heat for our home which was not working. We believe the gentlemans name was Jim who immediately arranged for a tech to come and check it out.. By the time we arrived home Dan the tech was sitting outside our home. He was very friendly,knowledge did a complete check of the fireplace and found the cause of the problem ( spiderweb) . We were impressed with the quick service and the attention paid to our problem. We would definitely recommend you !
We will definitely be signing up for yearly maintenance package.
