Just a note to say thank you for a wonderful experience beginning to end. From our salesman who came out to our home found the exact flooring I was looking for and a great price, the installers were friendly and professional and the cleaned everything when they were finished. It was a wonderful experience.
Now a year later I have had a small issue with a piece of the floor popping up. I called and spoke with Chris who was super helpful. He came to my home and has done everything to fix the issue. In a timely manner. The customer service is 5 stars. The vinyl plank flooring was exceptional quality. The install was done in 2 days and they were fabulous. When I replace the remaining carpet in my home I will not go any place else. You just can’t beat the price or the service. Well done Floors To Go!!!
