Floors to Go of Indianapolis came out and replaced our old linoleum flooring with luxury vinyl. They were great people to work with. I was out of town at the time and they did a great job of keeping me informed about the work. Their customer service is "A One!" The whole job was basically turnkey. They pulled off the baseboards, and they tore out the old flooring. Then they installed the new flooring and it looks great. Chris took the lead on the work, and he was fantastic. He was patient, and he answered every question I had. He did not over-promise anything, and he made sure that he did exactly what he said he would do. He had a very professional demeanor, and I was 100% satisfied with the work. Glenda, his co-worker, was great about following up on things. All in all, Floors to Go of Indianapolis is a quality company who does quality work and I highly recommend them to everyone! I could not have been more pleased with them!
