The services we received from Floors to Go of Indianapolis was very good. We were looking for some new flooring for our living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway, and they helped us with picking out the best flooring, which was a vinyl tile floor. The installer that came out was excellent! We were happy with his work, though there were some issues that came out. The floor wasn't leveled beforehand, so some tile popped out, causing some pieces to break off where the tile came together. There is a customer service rep who came out today, looked at the problem, and is working on fixing the problem now. There were three different homes in my subdivision getting new floors, and the other two homes went with different companies. They had problems getting their floors, and they took forever to install. Floors to Go was only here a day and a half to install our floors and they did a very good job.
