I will never shop at Floors to Go nor would I ever recommend them to my family or friends. We bought vinal plank and carpeting throughout our house. I told the salesperson I wanted something to last for a long time. He pulled out the vinal plank sample and showed us how you could not scratch the floor with keys. I was very impressed. However, the floor is not as scratchproof as promised. I can't even move a high chair across the floor without scratching it. I called and spoke to the service department. He came to my house to inspect the floor and the first thing out of his mouth was the warranty does not cover scratches. He promised some sort of cream to put on the scratches. That was back in July and I have still not seen anything. My son bought vinal plank from Home Depot and with 3 little children there is not one scratch on his floor! Go figure, I guess I should have shopped at the big box stores after all!!
