I've used Floors to Go of Indianapolis three times to install carpet in three rooms. The first time I went, they were absolutely friendly and professional. The second time, $@!#% greeted me on a first-name basis, Chris helped me to find carpeting in the price range and of the quality I was seeking. The third time I went to the store, Chris smiled, and again greeted me by name, and again helped me to find what I was looking for. I felt so welcome that I actually hugged him on the way out. had picked two different kinds of carpet for the living room this year. When I chose the first one, Chris called me and said there had been a price change. I told him to just "forget it, " cancel the order and I'd cancel the check. He called me back the very same day and said he'd gotten my second choice within the price range I needed.
I was so happy with the job they did that I made a special trip in there to talk to all of them and tell them what a special job they did. I am very, very pleased with the carpet. I can't sing the praises of Floors to Go of Indianapolis enough. I highly recommend them.
