First off, we were hesitant on paying for our hardwood to be installed up front for good reasons. Never again!! The installation was done well and we love the guys who did it but the customer service, not so well. The project started beginning of Oct and it's now Nov 21st & it's still not done. Our salesman had to order the wood 3 different times because he calculated the measurements wrong. We have been strung along with promises these past 2 months to get it done & keep getting pushed to the side. We will not do business with this company again. If you want wood on steps don't go to floors to go. They refuse to put wood on steps.
