I would never order from this company again. The sales person that helped me was terrific and tried to go above and beyond but is surrounded by incompetents. The store manager is rude and is not doing her job. After 8 weeks of having to order and reorder because their installer can't install a runner correctly, it is still not installed. Left me with a stair without carpet, HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP, and the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
Perfect example of a company of people who don't care. The store manager should be fired along with her installer.
